with upscale building requirements. All single family homesites are restricted
to the building of a:

- One and one-half story - minimum 3,200 sq. ft.
- Two-story - minimum 3,200 sq. ft.
- Minimum three-car side entrance garage
Exterior Materials:
A minimum of 75% of the front of each residence, including exposures, must be masonry,
consisting of brick, stone, cultured stone/brick, Dryvit and/or stucco. In addition,
the other sides of the homes exterior siding must consist of natural wood siding,
cement board siding, natural stone, brick or cultured stone/brick, Dryvit and/or stucco.
Each home will be roofed with an architectural or dimensional shingle. Chimney chase must be covered with masonry.
